Secure the Urban District that leads to the Communications Relay Base
Tutorial: Press the -Assigned Button- to open you Inventory (I by default on PC)
Tutorial: Change Weapon: Select a weapon slot to swap weapons. A weapon affects damage when fired.
Tutorial: Replace Reactor: Choose a Reactor slot and replace the Reactor. The Reactor affects Skill damage. Equip one that matches your Descendant's talents.
